Volunteers make a big difference working with and cheering on patients in the AAMC Center for Joint Replacement. Patients tell us the stability and experience of the caring staff is the best. Another patient satisfi er has been the return of the “Joint Reunions” – BRAVO!

Many of our patients have been referred to us by physicians who have been treating them for years. We establish a positive relationship beginning with scheduling an appointment. We then earn their trust by making them feel as comfortable with us as they are with their physician – WAY TO GO!

Teamwork is an important part of Reimbursement. We have been working better together with our coworkers in Coding and Patient Financial Services. This improves effi - ciency and timeliness in work fl ow and output. Exceeding customer expectations together earned the team a score of 4.41 exceeding their goal of 4.12 – MAGNIFICENT!
