Many of our patients have been referred
to us by physicians who have been treating
them for years. We establish a positive
relationship beginning with scheduling an
appointment. We then earn their trust by
making them feel as comfortable with us as
they are with their physician – WAY TO GO!
Exceptional
Reimbursement – Support Services
Teamwork is an important part of Reimbursement. We
have been working better together with our coworkers in
Coding and Patient Financial Services. This improves effi -
ciency and timeliness in work fl ow and output. Exceeding
customer expectations together earned the team a score
of 4.41 exceeding their goal of 4.12 – MAGNIFICENT!
