The AAMC Outpatient Anticoagulation Clinic

Patients who take the blood thinner warfarin (Coumadin∊) must have their blood tested regularly to assure the dosage is just right. The AAMC Outpatient Anticoagulation Clinic provides patients this convenient service and makes sure referring physicians receive the results immediately. Our specially trained pharmacy clinicians provide education, monitor blood tests, review current medications, and adjust warfarin doses.
