Welcome to Vision 2020.

AAMC and our partners across a regional system of care developed this 10-year plan. It includes a new vision statement and additions of two new core values: diversity and collaboration.

A roadmap to our continued growth and connectivity to the people we serve, Vision 2020 embraces the spirit of change in society, technology and health care.

Developed by our workforce, community members and the medical staff, our vision of “Living Healthier Together” has three key goals:

1. Improving care for individuals by empowering people to be more involved in their care
2. Improving the health of our communities through many partnerships
3. Creating a more affordable health system inclusive of better medical access and technologies
