For women who choose to breastfeed their babies, Anne Arundel Medical Center's lactation services are a special resource. Our lactation staff is committed to supporting your individual needs and providing information about all aspects of your breastfeeding experience. All of our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) are registered nurses with years of experience guiding new mothers and babies.

We also offer preparatory breastfeeding classes at our Annapolis, Maryland campus to provide you with all the information you need for a successful breastfeeding experience.
