This program is designed to help educate families with adolescent children about creating healthy habits for eating and activity. BodyWorks, an initiative created by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, provides all the necessary tools to help parents instill a healthy lifestyle in their children.

Learn how to:



The habits developed during adolescence affect a child's health as an adult. Initiating a healthy lifestyle at an early age will help prevent chronic illness, maintain weight and increase confidence. Make the conscious choice to protect your family's overall health.

This is a 10-week program for the parents/caregivers; three of the classes include the children as well. Call 443-481-6122 to register today.
