A coordinated team of professionals handles your care at the Breast Center, from initial contact through annual mammograms or necessary treatments.
The NP/PA's manage patient care throughout the surgical phase of the their treatment. Thereafter, patients are followed on an on-going basis with clinical exams and breast imaging.

Molly joined the AAMC Breast Center team in 2007 after working in Hematology/Oncology for seven years on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She brings oncology expertise to our patients going through cancer surgery and on to chemotherapy and radiation. Molly completed her Physician Assistant training at Anne Arundel Community College and received her BS in biology from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Victoria Shellem attended Georgetown University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After pursuing a career in cardiac nursing, she earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Her graduate education included training in Oncology as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She was Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2008. She practiced in Internal Medicine in Laurel, Maryland prior to coming to the Breast Center in June 2011. She is the Co-Director of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland's Central District here in Annapolis.

Monique Willingham was born in Annapolis, Maryland. She attended University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She then worked at John's Hopkins Hospital for 5 years as a RN specializing in oncology. She went on to receive her Master's of Science from the University of Maryland and completed her training as an Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/ Clinical Nurse Specialist specializing in Oncology. Prior to joining AAMC Breast Center in 2010, she practiced as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner at the Cancer Center at St. Agnes Hospital.
