Who Should be seen by an Urgent Care Center?

Urgent care is for patients who need medical attention but who are not experiencing symptoms that could be potentially life-threatening. For patients with a slight fever, nausea, an irritating cough, a cut that may need stitches or a sports injury, the urgent care center is appropriate. Urgent care services are also appropriate for parents who are concerned about children's problems as an upset stomach, fever, or minor scrapes and burns.

For patients with life-threatening symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain, calling 9-1-1 is the best course of action. The urgent care center is located on the first floor and is staffed by Righttime Physicians. For more information visit
