The AAMC Community Health Center is a doctor’s office. We provide access to affordable primary health care services. We are designed to be a “primary care medical home.”
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. You may call 410-990-0050 to schedule a time to see one of our doctors or other health professionals.
Where are we located?
We are conveniently located at
1419 Forest Drive. The office is conveniently on local
bus routes.
What services are at the center?
- Primary care – preventive, acute, and chronic
- Consistent care through the patient’s own physician or nurse practitioner
- After hours phone access
- Affordable health care
Do I need insurance?
We serve individuals who have:
- Medical Assistance
- Amerigroup
- Priority Partners
- United Healthcare Community and State (Americhoice)
- Primary Adult Care (PAC)
- The REACH Program
What if I don’t have any health coverage?
We gladly help people with no insurance through a sliding-scale program. Call us to learn more about self pay options.

Are interpreters available?
We have multi-lingual staff, including English and Arabic. Our forms are also available in English and Spanish.
Can I make a donation to the center?
Yes. We have a number of community donors, churches and agencies that support the Community Health Center. When you choose,
Make a Gift, a form will appear. In the "Designation" drop down menu, choose "Community Health Center."
