What you should know about vascular disease, and the AAMC Vascular Center.
For many people, the subject of vascular disease presents two key questions: First, exactly what is vascular disease? And second, where can patients and their families find the highest levels of care for vascular disease?
The answer to the first question is important because some forms of vascular disease have no obvious signs or symptoms, yet have the potential for severe consequences or complications. The answer to the second question is equally important because physicians with the AAMC Vascular Center are in the vanguard of recent advances in vascular medicine, including minimally invasive surgical procedures.
