Community Heartsaver Course – Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
The Heartsaver® CPR AED course presents information and teaches skills that lay-rescuers need to respond to life-threatening emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. This course is presented in a practice-while-watching format and is designed for members of the community.
The Heartsaver® CPR AED course is for:
- babysitters or caregivers
- coaches
- fire and police personnel
- security guards
- teachers
- others who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
A course completion card will be issued upon successful completion of the course requirements.
The fee for the course is $75. It includes books and materials.
