At Anne Arundel Medical Center, we want to empower you with ideas to stay active. Whether you want to find a class or explore a new walking trail — we’re here to help you make healthy choices.

Classes

We offer a range of fitness classes at AAMC. Want to stretch and flow your way to getting active? Try one of our yoga or pilates classes. If high-energy exercise is more your style, try our cardio strength fitness or Zumba classes.
