This article (Diabetes Care and Education, Winter 2012) focuses on co-morbidities that you might not have known were associated with diabetes.  Among the co-morbidities reviewed in this article are hearing loss;oral manifestations such as xerostomia, periodontal disease, fruity breath, etc.; dementia; nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis; and women’s issues including such things as vaginal dryness. Click here to read full-text.
