Substance Use Prevention Education

(June 14, 2013) — Pathways, Anne Arundel Medical Center’s substance use and treatment center, is providing free prevention education outreach to camps, after-school programs, assisted living homes, parent groups, community health events and town-hall meetings. Pathways Prevention Education will also work with local groups to coordinate national and state-recognized prevention awareness events.

Pathways is also providing classroom-based substance use prevention for 7th and 8th grade students to reduce the experimental and continued use of drugs.
