Hruban Joins System as First Administrative Fellow

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (June 29, 2012)—Zoe Hruban has joined Anne Arundel Health System as its first administrative fellow. Hruban, a Baltimore native, recently relocated to Annapolis after graduating with a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan in April 2012.

This new Administrative Fellowship Program, developed and sponsored by Victoria Bayless, president and CEO of the health system, provides education about the strategy and operations through departmental and subsidiary rotations as well as substantive hands on project work. Bayless developed this program to contribute toward training the next generation of healthcare leaders. Bayless will serve as preceptor to Hruban this year and will continue to sponsor a new fellow annually.

“From personal experience, beginning my career as an administrative fellow 20 years ago, I know these programs establish a positive path early in one’s career,” says Bayless. “This is an exciting time for Hruban to join the Anne Arundel Health System community as we work toward our strategic vision of living healthier together.”
