Our goal is to adopt a nursing theoretical model (relationship-based, family center, patient partnership care) that is aligned with both our current nursing practice and philosophy and our organizational mission and values. We will also identify a congruent nursing care delivery model into which we will integrate our current practices, policies, procedures and protocols.
