If you or someone who is a patient at Pathways has any concerns about client care and safety in the organization, that the organization has not addressed, you are encouraged to contact the Executive Director of Pathways, Helen Reines, at 410-573-5454. To ensure our mission, Pathways regularly participates in a national accreditation process conducted by The Joint Commission. The Joint Commission conducts unannounced accreditation surveys of Pathways to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards. These standards deal with organizational quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided. If concerns cannot be resolved through the organization, Pathways encourages you to contact The Joint Commission via a written letter, fax, e-mail or by telephone.
