Start-to-finish cardiac rehabilitation services

Once enrolled as a cardiac rehabilitation participant, you'll be guided start-to-finish through our comprehensive program. The services you'll receive will include:

A team that specializes in cardiac rehabilitation

The therapists who make up our cardiac rehabilitation team hold a variety of certifications in specialties such as clinical exercise and clinical exercise physiology, advanced cardiac life support, exercise test technology, respiratory therapy, registered dietitian studies, and personal training.

Medically supervised cardiac rehabilitation exercise sessions

Patients attend group exercise sessions three times per week and educational sessions. Each patient is under the care of the program's medical director, registered nurses, exercise physiologists, respiratory therapist and his or her own personal physician. During exercise sessions, each patient's cardiac status, symptom management, and assessment with exercise are continuously monitored by telemetry. Regular progress reports are made available to the referring physician. Upon completion of the medically supervised exercise program, patients receive instruction on an individual maintenance exercise program.

Maintenance exercise sessions, which are supervised by our highly qualified ACLS (advanced cardiac life support) trained staff, are held several times per week for patients who have completed their preliminary cardiac rehabilitation program and wish to maintain their progress.
