$surgery\$ Advanced techniques are employed at the AAMC Spine Center. These range from the most cutting-edge surgical techniques to less invasive and non-surgical treatment for spinal conditions, when appropriate. Minimally-invasive surgery employs smaller incisions, which often means less disturbance and trauma to tissue, faster recovery, less pain, and a reduced risk of complications during surgery and after. Every patient condition is evaluated and treated based on the best recovery and outcome.

Pain Management
Our Interventional Radiology Spine Program assists patients with pain management, performing more than 4,000 minimally invasive procedures each year. Pain options can include:

PDD (Percuntaneous Disc Decompression)
PV (Percutaneous Vertebroplasty)
