Gynecology
AAMC’s Gynecology Surgery teams utilize the most advanced treatment modalities to provide comprehensive care for women with disorders of the female reproductive system. Our surgeons specialize in all types of gynecological surgery, including minimally invasive laparosopic and robotic procedures.
AAMC offers a complete range of surgical services for the treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, cervical dysplasia, excessive menstrual bleeding, uterine growths, prolapse, and benign ovarian cysts, among many other conditions.
Surgical treatments we provide include both vaginal and abdominal surgical approaches. We offer procedures such as robotic-assisted and laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy, endometrial ablation, pelvic organ prolapse repair, uterine embolization, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopic removal of benign gynecological tumors.
Our gynecological surgeons also coordinate patients’ care with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including our urogynecologists and gynecological oncologists, to provide the most comprehensive services.
