Pediatric Surgery

Our pediatric surgery team provides comprehensive surgical care for children from birth to the age of 18.  Our physicians and nursing staff work together to perform a wide range of procedures to treat our youngest patients, in areas including endoscopy, ophthalmology, orthopedics, ear nose and throat, urology, dental and general surgery. Here are some things to consider and reminders on what to bring to the hospital during your stay with us.

We understand that a child’s surgery can be a stressful experience for the entire family. Our team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and child life specialist are the “experts” in the medical field, while you the caregivers are the “experts” on your child and will be a vital part of collaborating your child’s care.  Studies have shown that a child who is well prepared for surgery will have a better experience, both before and after their procedure.
