Work Out at Work: The cardiac rehab gym, on the fourth floor of the Health Sciences Pavilion, is open for employee use on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 7pm for FREE.

Lose It: Weight Loss and Nutrition

Weight Watchers at Work starts Wednesday, Jan. 16: Now is the time to join us for the next Weight Watchers session and claim your weight loss success. The 12-week session meets every Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:15pm in the Rotary Room. The program costs $156, conveniently deducted over six pay periods of $26 each. AAMC staff have lost more than 1,000 pounds in the past year with Weight Watchers so join today. Contact Brad LaTour at blatour@AAHS.org for more information.
