AAMC's Wellness and Health Promotion Department forms local partnerships that lead to the individual improvement of one's complete health and wellness. Our services include reaching out to the community through involvement in local activities, finding expert speakers for presentations and collaborating with other organizations as we reach for our Vision 2020: Living Healthier Together. We also provide askAAMC, a valuable nurse advice line to assist with health questions: 443-481-4000.

As the emerging role model of health for the area, our employees are involved in a number of programs under the Energize umbrella of fitness, stress reduction, and nutrition. Many of these services are also extended to the community. Learn more about Energize at Westfield
