What is a radiologist?
A radiologist is a medical doctor trained to read and interpret x-rays, magnetic resonance images (MRIs), mammograms and other images to pinpoint an injury, determine the extent of an injury or detect any abnormalities.
When you visit any Anne Arundel Diagnostics Imaging location for an exam, a radiologist is an important part of your experience. The radiologist will study and interpret your test results, and then talk with the doctor who ordered your test.
Our radiologists give you the highest quality radiology services. They all have advanced training in specialty areas such as musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, vascular imaging, mammography and advanced training in CT and MRI.
