• Birth & Baby

The delivery of a baby is a lifetime memory and it is our goal to make it one that is positive and filled with joy. Anne Arundel Medical Center proudly welcomes more than 5,500 babies into the world each year — the second most in the state of Maryland. Whether you’re a new mother-to-be or an experienced parent, you’ll get care tailored to the unique needs of your growing family. Our family-centered childbirth model — which keeps you, your baby and family together throughout labor, delivery and postpartum care — promotes bonding and ensures the best possible start for this new chapter of life.
