Luminis Health requires care partners and support persons to wear a procedural mask when visiting our facilities. If you do not have a procedural mask, we will provide one for you. Cloth masks are no longer accepted as they provide a lower level of protection than the procedural mask.
Caring for and protecting our patients, families, employees, and the community during COVID-19 is of the utmost importance. All care partners and support persons will be screened upon entry to the hospital.
All care partners and support persons will be required to wear an appropriate mask at all times while in the hospital (even if vaccinated); must maintain social distancing from others; and will be required to wash or sanitize their hands throughout their visit. Eating is not permitted in patient rooms, patient care areas, or waiting areas.
As a patient- and family-centered organization, we will continue to review and update our visitation guidelines and practices as the situation changes.
